Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The pool area is nice, but often low on towels. Breakfast has several offerings, including fresh fruit. Very quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. The heated pool is on the chilly side. Only negative was that when we returned to our room at 4:30 in the afternoon, our room had still not been cleaned. The maid's cart was still 4 rooms away, so we said forget it and put out the do not disturb sign.

Traveilng on business, my company recommended this hotel, as it was brand new right by the mall and restuarants. Very convenient location, and great service. Staff at the front desk were exceptional: they attended to my needs, right from check-in to pointing out places to eat, to how to get back on the highway en route back to Fredericton. They have a beautiful, large indoor pool which I used to relax in the evening, and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL. Huge comfy beds, big flat screen TVs, fridge, microwave, highspeed internet, iron board, coffee makers, all in the mix. They have complimentary breakfast in the morning and it's buffet style, including waffles and pastries. I am definitely coming back again, since there is everything I need. The service was the best in the city, and the hotel is beautiful.

Traveilng on business, my company recommended this hotel, as it was brand new right by the mall and restuarants. Very convenient location, and great service. Front desk staff were horrible, could not communicate with most staff as they do not speak english very well. The GM is working the front desk with papers all over the place which looks bad. The rooms were nice and new and the furniture was good as well. Food for breakfast was not worth the stay at all, there is a Hampton Inn up the road that has a much better pool and breakfast. I would recommend staying there instead.

We stayed at this hotel on our way north. I don't know how long it had been opened, but still had brand new feel to it. Not right off major highway, but not difficult to get to. Pool was closed to be repainted. Staff were very nice. Only complaint was that air conditioning didn't work properly. We noticed upon leaving that quite a few of the other windows were opened, so perhaps we weren't the only ones with that issue. I would stay again.
